Daniel and Linda Tabone from Suncoast Limes came to Label Power and asked for professional advice on how to save money and speed up their labelling processes as well as improve the image of their lime juice cordial products.
They had been purchasing labels in flat sheets from traditional printers and found that applying labels to the bottles by hand was a very time consuming, frustrating and labour intensive process.
After a free consultation Label Power suggested that labels be manufactured diecut in rolls. Labels in rolls are easier to handle plus more importantly they can be applied quickly and easily using the <link catalogue products name pd primera-ap360-label-applicator external-link-new-window external link in new>Primera AP360 semi automatic cylindrical label applicator.
Labels were produced on a durable waterproof stock in vibrant smudge, scratch and uv resistant colours. They were printed 4 colour process plus a special green so the colours really popped off the page. The synthetic label stock came with a special removable or semi-permanent adhesive meaning the labels could be removed cleanly in one piece when the bottles were returned to Suncoast limes for cleaning and recycling.
Linda from Suncoast Limes commented “The Primera <link catalogue products name pd primera-ap360-label-applicator external-link-new-window external link in new>AP360 label applicator has saved us so much time and best still it’s small size means it’s portable and we can apply labels anywhere quickly, not only are the labels more durable that before but we also saved money by getting them printed in rolls”. Daniel said "The Primera AP360 is my new best friend as it saves me hours and the labels look perfect on the bottles"
Suncoast limes now have a new sugar free low GI cordial just out so look for it at your local QLD farmers market or contact Daniel or Linda as they will be happy to ship anywhere! .
