The Universal Thermal Direct and Thermal Transfer Printer
Versatile, powerful, reasonably priced
A new competitively priced, medium-duty label printer is now available from Avery Dennison Printer Systems. The product, called the AVERY DENNISON AP 5.4 Printer, can be used for printing type plates, self-adhesive labels, paper, card and plastic such as PE, PP, PVC and PA at high speed. Labels for all sorts of applications are produced quickly and simply.
Superior Communications Features, Remote Operation, Ethernet as standard
The AVERY DENNISON AP 5.4 Printer features advanced communications capabilities, including Ethernet, serial, parallel and USB interfaces. The printer can be controlled and operated from a remote PC via an Ethernet connection. An echo-command function displays the same command simultaneously on the printer's display screen and the remote PC's monitor.
Quick and Easy Operation
The AP 5.4 is also easy to maintain and operate. The printhead can be changed without using special tools, but simply by pressing a lever and turning a knob. Available printer options include label cutters and internal and external label rewinders.
This printer is compatible with a wide variety of standard fonts, barcodes and graphic formats and the 16MB of RAM/2 MB Flash ROM will speed up all your printing processes.
