The Edikio Access is a monochrome-only printer. It does not support full-colour ribbons or photographic colour printing. The included ribbon produces white text and graphics on the supplied black cards. Compatible black and alternative monochrome ribbons may be available separately.

It is a near-to-edge printer, leaving an approximately 1.4 mm unprinted margin around the card. It should not be described as an edge-to-edge or full-bleed printer.

White monochrome cards can be produced at up to 240 cards per hour, while black monochrome printing can reach up to 265 cards per hour. Actual output depends on the card design, ribbon, computer and print settings.

Standard CR80 Price Cards

The Edikio Access prints standard ISO CR80 cards measuring approximately 85.60 × 53.98 mm, which is similar in size to a bank card.

Compatible card thicknesses range from 0.50 to 0.76 mm. Supported materials include compatible PVC, paper and PLA/wood cards.

The Access does not support the extended 120 mm or 150 mm card formats available with the Edikio Flex.
