Because Special Order items are sourced from a range of suppliers in Australia and overseas, delivery times can vary.

We source products from suppliers in countries including Taiwan, China and the USA, as well as local Australian suppliers.

The ETA shown or provided is our best estimate based on current supplier and freight information. Delivery times can occasionally change due to supplier availability, production schedules, international freight, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Lead times vary depending on the product and supplier. Some items may arrive relatively quickly, while others may take several weeks.

Where possible, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe before or after your order is placed.

Ordering Multiple Items

If your order contains both in-stock and Special Order items, some products may become available before others. We may contact you regarding delivery or collection options if your order is arriving in multiple shipments.
