Stickers are printed on our Epson SurePress L-6534VW industrial digital label press, using LED UV printing technology for consistent full-colour results.

Our IECHO LCT2 digital laser cutting system then follows the approved custom outline, eliminating the need for a conventional cutting die.

This makes it possible to produce unique sticker shapes efficiently without investing in a separate physical die for each outline.

Upload your logo, design or artwork using our online designer. Position your design inside your chosen dimensions and preview your sticker before ordering.

High-resolution artwork is recommended. Vector files are particularly suitable for logos and intricate outlines.

Your design must allow enough space for a practical cutline. Extremely fine details, narrow projections or intricate internal cuts may require adjustment before production.

We arrange multiple lanes of stickers across our production web to maximise material efficiency.

Your total quantity is divided between a predetermined number of finished rolls based on the size and production layout.

For example, a 50 × 50 mm order of 1,500 stickers may be supplied as six rolls of approximately 250 stickers each.

Exact labels per roll, core size and winding direction are not selectable in this online range.

Do I need to pay for a cutting die?
No conventional cutting die is required for our digital laser cutting process.

Can I order a completely unique outline?
Yes, provided your artwork fits within a selectable size and the cutline is suitable for production.

Can I use these with an automatic applicator?
