How to Shop
In order to offer you a great service please take the time to review the steps that you need to follow to purchase products or services from our web page.
- Browse our product categories or use the search box to quickly find an item by its description.
- Once you have found the item you are looking for, you just need to add the item to your shopping by following the instructions below:
- Click on the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart.
- If the product doesn't have an "Add to Cart" button, please Contact Us for details about that product.
- Continue with your shopping process until you are ready to finish your order.
Review Shopping Cart
- If you want to check what is in your cart or if you want to finish shopping, Click on the "Shopping Cart" icon located in the top middle of the web page.
- If you desire to make make some changes to your shopping cart, such as: modify quantities or remove an item, you can do it here.
- In case that you make any changes to your order please Click on the "Update Cart" button at the bottom left of the page, so you can validate that the changes requested have been made.
- If you wish to continue shopping, just keep on browsing the categories or search for a specific item.
- If you are finished selecting items, Click on the "Go to Order Details" button at the bottom right corner of the page to proceed.
Order Details
- In this section you can add your invoincing information such as: company information, billing address and shipping address.
- In case you are a registered user and you are loggeg in, your order details will be grabbed automatically from your account information. Otherwise, you'll have to type in your details.
- If you need to change any of these details you can type them here. You can also type in "comments" any special request you might have.
- Once you have finished to fill in all your details, you can Click the "Order" button at the bottom right corner of the page to go on.
Order Details -Summary
- In this section you can see all the products and invoicing details of your order. Please take the time to review them carefuly.
- If you want to change something, click the "Back to Order Details" button at the bottom left of the page.
- If you want to proceed click the "Order" button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Order Confirmation
- You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your "Order Number" and "Tracking Code".
- Please reference this order number and tracking code if contacting customer service regarding your order.
- Once this process is completed you will be called, informing you about delivery charges and delivery times.
