You will be notified of the delivery charges after you submit your order. If you disagree with the price charged for delivery, your order will be cancelled.

In general, delivery charges are as follows:

• Insured delivery charges are: $15 for anywhere in Australia up to 3kg.
• Delivery charges of goods over 3kg will be calculated, and the price will vary depending on your location.

When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile telephone number. Delivery is via courier and we will only deliver to PO Boxes under special circumstances where item is small and you are in a remote area. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.

• For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 3-8 working days from date of clearance of payment.
• For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
• Despite the fact that we try our very best to keep at least 80% of what we sell, certain products are hard to obtain. If there's a delay to your order, you'll be informed of estimated time of arrival via email or phone.

• We ship to all states within Australia: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Western Australia (WA), Norther Territory (NT).
