The Benchmark (Standard) is a semi automatic label applicator.

It can apply a single label to front or back, or both front and back labels, in one simple operation. Just a single knob controls spacing with millimetre accuracy.

All cylindrical containers from 55 to 110 mm can be accommodated by this model

Benchmark (Standard) with all attachments. With this combination, your Benchmark is enhanced by all the extra features that the attachments provide.

Benchmark (Standard) with Automatic Label Attachment and Orientation. With this combination, your Benchmark can both be operated by a button or remotely, and differentiate between smooth and flat areas, or to detect the presence of other labels.

Benchmark (Standard) with Automatic Label Attachment. With this combination, you can process up to 1200 containers per hour - labelled both front and back.

Benchmark (Standard) with Orientation. With this combination, your Benchmark can differentiate between smooth and flat areas, or to detect the presence of other labels.

Benchmark (Standard) with Small Bottle Adaptor. With this combination, your Benchmark can be easily fitted for labelling containers with diameters between 14 mm abd 55 mm.

Increase production with the Automatic Label Attachment. Operated by push button, foot switch or external input, it quickly grips, labels and releases containers automatically allowing for another packaging process to be performed simultaneously. Pressure on containers and labels is fully adjustable.

The Orientator scans the surface of a product to identify a registration mark, i.e. an existing label, a colour or embossing on the container and then applies one or two sets of labels to a specified location. The Orientator is ideal for relabelling and over labelling when applying new barcodes, changes in product requirements, medallions, awards, product information and warning labels.

A Small Bottle Adaptor can be easily fitted for labelling containers with diameters between 14 mm and 55 mm.
